Our purpose is to support and encourage Christian families in educating their children at home.
The greatest proof of our love for Christ is that we care for those who belong to Him.

ABOUT US
REACH of Florence incorporated in 2017 as a SC Nonprofit Corporation.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Misson of REACH of Florence is to support and encourage Christian families in educating their children at home. The collective support and encouragement of REACH may include, but be not limited to, such services as small group meetings for mutual educational, academic, spiritual and emotional encouragement; regularly scheduled meetings for information on managing the home and choosing homeschool curricula; special speakers related to homeschool topics; student field trips for REACH families; and general support and assistance for Christian homeschool member families.
About Reach
Parents meet quarterly at a designated location as we grow together in this journey of homeschooling, focusing on relationships with each other and within our own families. Our quarterly event will be designed to be strategic in equipping you as homeschool parents and focus on the current needs of our parents and students. From High School Workshops, curriculum & record keeping discussions to learning how to find rest in the busyness of Christian home school families, we want to create environments and opportunities to share knowledge, wisdom and effective techniques in these areas.
Our gathering as a group, and the one-on-one time we spend together, reveals the need for outreach with meals and encouragement notes. This may also bring about the natural progression of mentoring and discipling one another as the Lord leads.
We work together to fulfill the need for field trips, weekly recreation activities, testing, academic fairs and co-op classes. Please see the opportunities to serve others within REACH as well as in the community in our Opportunities of Service document. We appreciate your encouragement and patience as we serve each other in our homeschools for God’s honor and glory.
Application processes and current documents are located on our website. We use a church-based software (www.onrealm.org/reach) for the main purpose of helping inform and keep us connected. This functions as our REACH directory as well as an effective tool for our communication for our Co-op classes and connects our teams for Opportunities of Service. Additionally, timely information is sent out via onrelam.org/reach concerning all our REACH events. We also have a private Facebook page that our members regularly interact on. We publish an annual calendar with our scheduled events for the year.
Statement of Faith
We require all members to acknowledge by signature that they are in agreement with REACH’s Statement of Faith below. The motivation of leadership in asking members to sign is to hold not only leaders to a standard based on the authority of God’s Word, but members as well. It is our desire that the Word of God be our statement to proclaim our faith and to be what binds us in unity. With this in mind, we have referenced our statement with scripture as follows:
