One parent of a child attending co-op classes must be present and will be scheduled to help each hour their child is present. This may be in the form of teaching, co-teaching, nursery care, or helping in other ways as designated by co-op leadership.

Step 1: Please OPEN and READ all the Documents on the Home Page in the Document Section before begining the Renewal Application. Agreement to ALL documents is required in order to participate in REACH. These are published on the homepage of REACH website. Once your New Application is completed and submitted, a confirmation email will be arrive immediately for your records.

REACH will notifty FMU that you are a member of REACH.
Step 7: REACH will email a link to apply to FMU. (do not apply to FMU until REACH notifies FMU)
